Pipeline Playbooks LLC ("Pipeline Playbooks", "we", "us" or "our") operates this website and provides done-for-you demand generation and go-to-market services to B2B companies. It does not cover data our clients ask us to process on their behalf as part of their own outbound campaigns (for example, business contact records used to run a client's cold email campaign); that processing is governed by the data processing terms in the relevant client Service Agreement, with the client acting as the data controller and Pipeline Playbooks acting as a service provider or processor.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us directly: name, email address, company, job title and any other details you provide when you book a call, download a resource such as the Outbound Playbook, fill in a form, or contact us.
• Usage and device information: pages visited, referral source, browser and device type, approximate location (derived from IP address), and general interaction data, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications: records of correspondence if you contact us, including call scheduling and, where applicable, meeting notes from sales calls you take with us.
