Reply Handling

Reply Follow-Ups

An interested reply that goes quiet isn't dead, it's someone who raised their hand and got busy. This skill lays out eight follow-ups, spaced a minimum of three days apart across roughly a month, each one carrying a new angle, a named case study with an exact number, and a varied CTA around the calendar link. No "just bumping this", ever.

An eight-touch follow-up system for interested prospects who went quiet, each send a fresh angle with a named case study and a number, never a content-free bump.

When to use this

  • A prospect replied interested, then went silent 3+ days
  • Building the follow-up set in advance, before a thread stalls
  • Your current follow-ups are just "floating this to the top"
  • Deciding whether to keep chasing or stop

What it covers

  • The three laws: new angle, named proof with a number, varied CTA
  • Spacing and cadence: days 3, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30
  • Why these sends must be HTML, not plain text, for the calendar link
  • The eight angles, from what moves the needle to the soft close
  • The three-beat pattern every touch follows
  • When to stop: after touch 8, on any no, on unsubscribe or booking
  • Worked example sequence for a fictional prospect
